1. Data we collect
- Data from the contact and quote-request forms: name, email address, phone, company and the message you send us.
- Technical browsing data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies according to your choice in the cookie banner.
2. What we use it for and the legal basis
- To answer your request and send you a quote (pre-contractual steps, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To keep records of contracts and invoices if you become a client (legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c)).
- For the operation and security of the site (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).
- For analytics or marketing cookies, only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
3. How long we keep it
Messages and quote requests that do not lead to a contract are kept for up to 3 years. Contract and invoice data is kept for the period required by law (currently 10 years for accounting documents).
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell data. Service providers we need may process it on our behalf: hosting and email, the client and quote management tools we use, our accountant, and authorities when the law requires. Data is stored in the European Union.
5. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Write to [email protected]; we reply within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro.
